Move-In & Move-Out Inspections

Transparency and accountability are important to us. To help protect both residents and property owners, we provide detailed written move-in and move-out inspection forms. These documents establish a clear record of the property's condition and help ensure a fair and professional rental experience.

Rental Information & Policies

Application Fee

A $20.00 application fee is required per applicant. This fee will only be collected after the application has been accepted. Payment must be submitted to the Property Management Team before an application can be processed. As part of our screening process, a credit history report will be obtained.

Monthly Rent

Rent is due on the first day of each month, with a grace period through the fifth. Payments received after the fifth are considered late and will be subject to applicable late fees as outlined in your rental agreement.

Security Deposits

Havasu Realty is responsible for receiving, safeguarding, and properly disbursing tenant security deposits. All security deposits are maintained in a designated trust account and handled in accordance with Arizona state law and the terms of the rental agreement.
